This hotel has a fantastic location, being very close to the Avenida de America metro station that has a direct connection with the Barajas airport. It is also right next to the metro station, making it very convenient for getting around the city quickly. The rooms are nice and big, with comfortable beds and a quiet ambiance. The free WiFi is a great bonus, and the staff is known for their kindness and willingness to help.
The breakfast at this hotel is a little basic and quite expensive compared to nearby cafes.

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and stores, making it easy to find places to eat and shop. the room was spacious and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay. the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating, making the dining experience enjoyable.
The concierge staff were not friendly and seemed robotic in their interactions. It would have been nice if they smiled more and were more welcoming.

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, with a metro station right next door. It's so convenient to get around quickly and explore the city. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel so welcome and were always ready to assist with any questions or needs I had. The room itself was fantastic, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were clean, and the air conditioning ensured a comfortable stay. The breakfast here is also delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Excellent location above metro. Easy connections. Accommodated early arrival and late departure. Upgraded to top floor suite. Large, clean bathroom. Comfy bed. Many restaurants nearby. Supermarket 50m away.
